Continuing Education

There are two ways to earn continuing education hours:

1.        SHIFT courses and continuing education events—These hours are automatically recorded within the learner’s profile on the SHIFT platform. The learner will have access to these events free of charge as long as their credential or certification is in good standing.

2.       External conferences and training sessionsSHIFT's External Continuing Education Request Form must be submitted.  A member from the education team will review requests and notify the learner if the request has been approved. Note that proof of attendance along with the number of hours being claimed must be submitted as part of the request.
