TN DIDD TECHNOLOGY FIRST ACCREDITATION SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Thank you for your interest in making the transformation into a “Technology First” organization and applying for the Technology First Accreditation Scholarship Program. DIDD’s Division of Program Innovation has once again partnered with SHIFT to grant a limited number of qualified Provider Agencies the opportunity to receive a scholarship for the Technology First Organization Accreditation program.
Your application will be reviewed by several team members of DIDD’s Division of Program Innovation using a scoring rubric. During this review, DIDD will be scoring each application, making decisions about scholarship funding, and making these recommendations to SHIFT. Once SHIFT has completed the evaluation, we will contact all applicants regarding their acceptance into the Technology First Accreditation Scholarship program.
Before completing this application, SHIFT encourages you to read through all the questions and information. There are a few questions that require narrative responses that you may want to prepare in advance. Once you have submitted the application, you will receive a confirmation, and SHIFT will be in touch once all applications have been reviewed and scored.
